    Welcome to our massage therapy services. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking or treatment.

    2. Appointment Booking & Payment

    Booking Confirmation: All appointments must be booked through our online system or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot.

    Payment Processing: We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe. Your payment information is encrypted and protected.

    Service Fees: All prices are clearly displayed during booking and include applicable taxes. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

    3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

    Important Notice

    Our cancellation policy helps ensure fair scheduling for all clients and therapists.

    48-Hour Advance Notice

    We require 48 hours advance notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with proper notice will receive a full refund.

    Late Cancellation Fee

    Cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% service cost penalty. This helps compensate our therapists for the reserved time that cannot be rebooked.

    No-Show Policy

    Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in 100% charge of the full service cost. This policy ensures fairness to our therapists and other clients who could have used the appointment slot.

    Grace Period & Courtesy Waivers

    We understand that emergencies happen. New clients and existing members may receive a one-time courtesy waiverfor their first late cancellation, subject to management discretion and genuine emergency circumstances.

    Emergency Exceptions

    Medical emergencies, family crises, or severe weather conditions may be considered for policy exceptions. Documentation may be required for verification.

    4. Service Standards & Expectations

    Professional Standards: All our therapists are licensed professionals committed to providing therapeutic massage services in a safe, clean, and respectful environment.

    Client Conduct: We expect all clients to treat our staff and facilities with respect. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

    Health & Safety: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline service if we believe it may be unsafe or inappropriate.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    Our massage services are for relaxation and wellness purposes. While we strive to provide the highest quality care, we cannot guarantee specific therapeutic outcomes. Clients participate in services at their own risk.

    We maintain professional liability insurance and follow all applicable health and safety regulations. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
